Conveyancing specialists
Conveyancing is the transfer of interest in land from a seller (vendor) to the purchaser. Both privately sale and auction will need a conveyance to complete the property transaction.
We recommend swift legal advice to help protect your interests before you sign any contracts or deeds. More importantly, some land transfers are quite complex such as those subject to development approval, part of family court orders or succession matters.
At Thomas Booler & Co, we can provide timely and efficient advice to ensure your conveyance occurs swiftly and in your best interests.
Our conveyancing services include:
- Explaining your contract for sale and clarifying any issues prior signing the contract;
- Explaining your finance and mortgage issues;
- Conducting any necessary searches and completing exchange of contracts;
- Preparing and arranging deeds and monies for settlement, which is the culmination of the conveyancing process; and
- Lodging and registering and documents with the Land & Property registry.
